* minimum two night booking

* Bookings for 3 or more nights require a cancellation period of 2 weeks prior to booking.  If cancellation is less than 2 weeks, 50 percent of booking fee will be applied.

* Bookings for more than 6 nights require a longer cancellation period. If cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date, 50 percent  of the total fee will be applied.

If you book 7 days or more, we will honor one free night.
